As part of its centenary celebrations, the British carmaker unveiled two limited editions and, through Bentley Monaco, partnered up with the legendary Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo.
A century of prestige motor cars!
One hundred years ago, Walter Owen (W.O.) Bentley founded his company with one aim in mind: to build “a fast car, a good car, the best in its class”.
That’s still the brand’s guiding principle as it forges ahead to the future. Bentley, a byword for prestige, high performance and exclusivity, has found in the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo a partner to match its ambitions. The hotel has put a Bentley car at the disposal of its guests, and videos about the carmaker’s latest models are showing in the guestrooms.
An exceptional evening to celebrate Bentley's centenary.
On 10 July 2019, the exact centenary of the birth of Bentley Motors, an exceptional evening was offered to 100 people gathered in the Monaco luxury hotel’s patio. After viewing ten models illustrating Bentley’s history, participants discovered workshops spotlighting the brand’s craft skills and tradition.
Another notable celebration is the launch of the Mulsanne W.O. Edition by Mulliner, a tribute by the customisation department to the last model the brand’s founder designed. All the 100 cars in this limited edition have already found buyers. And, in another limited edition of 100, there’s the Continental GT Number 9, inspired by the famous 4½-litre model that won the Le Mans 24 Hours in 1928.
