The elegant Monte-Carlo Beach opens its doors on Friday 7 April, as does the Gault & Millau award-winning Elsa restaurant. Then it will be the turn of the Balneario Club and its Cabanas, the Deck restaurant, and finally the La Vigie restaurant to enjoy a festive lunch...

The authentic Mediterranean brasserie Le Deck invites you to enjoy lunch Olympic poolside at the Monte-Carlo Beach. Resident chef Pascal Garrigues serves up his fresh, creative cuisine, providing a casual culinary experience that you will love sharing with friends and family in a truly delightful setting.

Since 2014 and the receipt of Green Globe certification, the Monte-Carlo Beach has been working unceasingly to promote sustainable development. With the provision of bicycles and electric vehicles, the establishment is fully committed to a virtuous approach to Sustainable Development. An underwater reef with a positive ecological vocation and the LPO (League for the Protection of Birds) Refuge classification of the Pointe de la Vigie are noteworthy in the preservation of biodiversity.
