Sven Wassmer has developed his unique culinary style with products from the Alps, demonstrating patience, perseverance and a sensitivity adapted to his time and environment. His contemporary, nature-oriented cuisine expresses his culinary personality.
At the "Memories" restaurant at the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, Wassmer reached the pinnacle of his career with three stars in the Michelin Guide, making him one of the youngest chefs in the world to achieve this distinction out of only around 140 chefs. He has also earned 18 points in the GaultMillau and other awards, testifying to the quality of his work.
